Jim Berg and Belinda Hanssen

With over ten years of successful real estate investment projects in the Seattle area, Jim Berg has the expertise to meet the challenges that each project presents with integrity and respect for the communities they enhance.  A University of Washington alum and native of Seattle, Jim's family has roots in the Northwest going back over 100 years. A World War II history buff with a compassionate world view, and a true Jack of all trades, Jim enjoys adventure travel and a good book.

Adopted from S. Korea, Belinda grew up in a large family in Hawaii with an appreciation for new ideas and all kinds of people. Having traveled and studied around the world and with her career start in fashion design, Belinda is the creative force of the team.
